Banks Integration, E Technologies, Glenmount Global and Superior Controls all renamed as E Tech Group
West Chester, OH – January 2023 – E Tech Group announced today that all of its brands: Banks Integration, E Technologies, Glenmount Global and Superior Controls have been renamed as E Tech Group.
E Tech Group acquired Glenmount Global in 2018, acquiring Superior Controls and its subsidiary Banks Integration the following year. Since these acquisitions, E Tech Group has been operating as one entity while migrating these legacy brands over to the E Tech name.
“This name change is an important step forward as one of the nation’s largest automation engineering and system integration firms,” said Matt Wise, Chief Executive Officer of E Tech Group.
“Each of these brands held a legacy of excellence within their focused industries; however, on their own were limited in capability through size and geographic reach. As one company, E Tech Group embodies the same best-in-class service that they continue to provide, with the added benefit of multi-disciplined resources located throughout North America and strong organizational structure that enables us to partner with clients from the local to corporate level.”
E Tech Group Name Change Details:
- Effective immediately, Banks Integration, E Technologies, Glenmount Global and Superior Controls will only be known as E Tech Group.
- The organization has grown to over 430 professionals, positioned across 15 locations reaching nationwide, Canada and Mexico.
- Larger, more broadly diversified team with a greater depth in capabilities across life sciences, mission critical, metals, material handling, consumer products and food and beverage.
