James Rhyne Promoted to Vice President of Operations
James Rhyne has been promoted to Vice President of Operations. Since joining E Tech in 2010 as a draftsman, James has consistently demonstrated his ability to rise to new challenges and excel in every role he has undertaken. Most recently, he served as Director of PMO, Manufacturing, and Estimating. In his new role, James will oversee the ConAgra program, a significant account that has experienced substantial growth in the last few years. James’s journey exemplifies our culture of growth, and we are excited to see him continue to lead and inspire.
Casey Noonan Promoted to Vice President of Business Development
Casey Noonan has been promoted to Vice President of Business Development. Since joining E Tech in 2015 as a Controls Engineer, Casey has shown remarkable adaptability and leadership. In his most recent role as Senior Director of Sales and PMO, Casey played a crucial role in expanding our business from $14 million post-COVID to $38 million. In his new position, Casey will oversee the West Coast team’s Business Development strategies and we have full confidence in his ability to drive even greater growth for our company.
William Rochte Promoted to Director of Engineering – SXB
William Rochte has been promoted to Director of Engineering – SXB. Since joining E Tech in 2021 as our Engineering Manager, Will has excelled in his role, leading SXB with exceptional skill and strategic vision. His promotion will enable SXB to expand further, creating opportunities for additional Engineering and Senior Engineering Managers.
Brian Ellsworth Promoted to Director of Operations
We are pleased to announce the promotion of Brian Ellsworth to Director of Operations. Brian joined E Tech West in 2022 as a Project Manager and quickly advanced to Program Manager, where he has been instrumental in the rapid growth of the Vantage program. In his new role, Brian will report directly to senior leadership, positioning him to further expand his team with additional Program and Project Managers.
